Description
It is a Spanish catholic tradition, to place a figure of Jesus Child in the houses and churches during Christmas time. Many families inherit the figures from their ancestors, and are valuable ancient works of art. It is a custom to pray and sing Christmas carols in front of the manger, and to light candles surrounding Him. The cloths, manger and crib are many times also delicate and beautiful art craft.
