I have designed this Christmas card for congratulating my family and friends next December. The letter "N" refers to the spanish words "Navidad" (Christmas day), and "Nochebuena" (the night before Christmas day) whose literal meaning is "Good Night" (in the sense of "Holy Night").
The red color symbolizes majesty, the green color: the human size of God that comes to us as little Child, and as every human baby, born from a woman. The golden color symbolizes holiness, and the yellow: the joy of salvation.
I am a painter and designer from Madrid, Spain. Actually living in Madrid. I got my Fine Art degree in this city in 1999 and have worked as an artist, designer and teacher since then. I have also lived in Edinburgh, Scotland (2000-2001), where I studied modern and traditional techniques of printmaking in Edinburgh Printmakers Workshop. I have organized numerous personal exhibitions of my work in Spain, and have taken part in some collective ones in Spain and Edinburgh. I have also worked as a graphic designer, as an illustrator and cover designer of books (Children books, cooking recipes books, religious books, self help books...) and as a teacher.
